Shipping and Returns
We always try to ship items the same day we receive the order, presuming we receive the order before 12 noon.
Sometimes this is not possible, some items may be in satellite warehouses, such as large half case wall clocks, some items may be temporarily out of stock.
In these cases we will endeavour to ship the item within 2/3 days or we will notify you of the lead time that an item might take.
Items between 1kg and 5kg will normally be shipped by Hermes (www.myhermes.co.uk), bigger, bulkier items will normally be shipped using ParcelForce, or Yodel. The cost of which is shown at the checkout stage.
At the checkout stage you will be given two shipping options, FREE shipping (shipping included in the unit price), which takes 3 to 5 working days after the order has been processed and ParcelForce Next Day. If you require the item you have ordered to be shipped on this next day expedited service you should pick this option.
NOTE: Items shipped by ParcelForce/Yodel are fully tracked and will be delivered in 24 hours in the mainland UK and possible 48 hours in remote regions. If the recipient is not in then the ParcelForce driver will take the item to the nearest post office and should leave a card telling the recipient so, however sometimes this does not happen so please make sure your customer is aware.
Items sent by Hermes also include tracking and compensation of up to £50, so if an item costs you more than £50 you should chose the added security of ParceForce.
