By ordering a product from us you accept our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
The products, descriptions, and prices shown on our website constitute an “invitation to treat”, consequently all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Orders placed through our website, whether payment is made at the time of order or not, are subject to confirmation of acceptance by us. Up to the point of acceptance orders placed through our online ordering facility should not be interpreted as contractually binding on either party.
Automated system acknowledgements of receipt of the order, confirmation of order, or receipt of payment, do not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Dispatch of your order at the prices shown on the website will in all cases constitute formal acceptance of the order by us in the absence of any other formal acceptance.
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we dispatch your order. If your order is only partially dispatched, the contract will only apply to the goods dispatched. The products that have not been dispatched will not form part of our contract with you until they are dispatched.
Although we endeavour to ensure prices on our website are correct, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and dispatch, we shall inform you by e-mail and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the change, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
In the event of a product becoming unavailable, no alternative product will be substituted by us without your prior agreement. We shall inform you by e-mail of any suitable substitute product and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the substitution, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
We hold most of our products in stock which means they will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order. If we do not have any item you have ordered in stock we will advise you of our estimated delivery time, and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the quoted delivery date, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon dispatch, or (b) withdraw your order in its entirety, or just that part of your order which is not available.
Payments made through our website are processed by PayPal, and we accept Credit Card or PayPal payment.
Payment may also me made by post or telephone. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right.
Should you exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract we will refund the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not an additional service provided by us, such as special packing or a special delivery service.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and undamaged. If the item is not in an “as new” condition and not in the same condition as delivered, this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
To cancel an order, please send a request to cancel the order in writing, by either e-mail or post, stating the reasons for your cancellation of the order or return. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.
If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge our cost of collection to you.
After cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible after the return of the goods, and within a maximum period of 30 days from cancellation.
Should there be a fault with the product we will replace it free of charge and refund the postage you incurred up to a maximum of £10.00. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages.
The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Copyright in all content, materials, product or garment designs, text, and images contained in our website is protected, and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed in any way without the written permission of the copyright owners.
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
